Change Toolbar Display:
The toolbars in Microsoft Internet Explorer allow you to select commands and features quickly and easily. Although there are default toolbars, you can customize them to display icons for the commands you use most frequently. You can display several toolbars at once on the screen.
TIP: A quick way of displaying/hiding toolbars is to right click on an existing toolbar, this will display the `Toolbars` drop down menu, from which you can select or de-select toolbars. Picture below--
Click on the `Tools` drop down menu and select the `Internet Options` command. A dialog box is displayed. Select the `Advanced`
